Stornierungsregeln
Ergänzend zu den gesetzlichen Regelungen gelten folgende Stornierungsregeln.
Die Stornierung eines Auftrags muss schriftlich erfolgen.
Im Falle eines Rücktritts vom vereinbarten Vertrag fallen Stornokosten an
- Erfolgt der Rücktritt mehr als 6 Wochen vor dem Datum unserer Leistungserbringung (gem. Angebot), fallen Stornokosten in Höhe von 50% des Auftragsvolumen an.
- Erfolgt der Rücktritt weniger als 6 Wochen aber länger als 14 Wochentage vor dem Datum der Leistungserbringung (gem. Angebot), sind 75% des Auftragsvolumen zu bezahlen.
- Erfolgt der Rücktritt weniger als 14 Tage vor dem Datum der Leistungserbringung (gem. Angebot), so ist das volle Entgelt gemäß unseres Angebots zu begleichen.

Cancellation Rules
In addition to the legal regulations, the following cancellation rules apply.
The cancellation of an order must be made in writing.
In the event of withdrawal from the agreed contract, cancellation costs are incurred
- If the withdrawal takes place more than 6 weeks before the date of our service provision (according to offer), cancellation costs of 50% of the order volume are incurred.
- If the withdrawal occurs less than 6 weeks but more than 14 weekdays before the date of the service provision (according to offer), 75% of the order volume are incurred.
- If the withdrawal takes place less than 14 days before the date of the service provision (according to the offer), the full remuneration is to be paid in accordance with our offer.
