brainboost goes Frankfurt
We were invited to Ernst & Young in Frankfurt for a BrainDay to spend two days training with the finance department. Together with the experienced leadership trainer Dr. Tobias Kiefer, we put the finance staff to a tough test.
Our collaboration with Dr. Tobias Kiefer, founder of q595.com, started about a year ago in Oxford. We got to know each other at the Saïd Business School and are now launching our first joint project: the BrainDay – with heart and brain to success.
The BrainDay is the perfect introduction to a way of living and working that promises more success. Neuroscientific methods – real-time measurement of brain activity and of personal stress levels – reveal areas with potential for personal improvement. Based on this, very concrete recommendations for everyday life are given, which are also easy to implement.
The focus is on five specific points:
Vitality: Maintaining high energy and resilience despite continuous change and unpredictability.
Emotions: Becoming aware of one’s emotional state and taking concrete action.
Alignment: Understanding and aligning deeply held values and beliefs to maximise one’s own success and that of the team.
Decisiveness: Making it possible to make the right decisions – with confident and agile decision-making.
Mind: Understanding what drives us humans and how to maximise our own and others’ cognitive resources.
Philipp Heiler and Dr. Tobias Kiefer offer various options for the BrainDay. With formats ranging from a full day to four hours, up to 50 participants and different modules, the BrainDay offers a very high degree of flexibility and is easy to fit into events.
We think the BrainDay is an exciting event where leadership development meets neuroscience – a format in which you learn to better understand your brain and your thoughts and, thanks to concrete support, achieve more success and satisfaction.
