A double health day: on the evening of 24 September 2018, our team was already on its way to Passau, because big things awaited us over the next few days. ZF, a global technology group, had invited us to help shape the health days for some of its 149,000 employees. On 25 and 26 September, things were in full swing at the E-Health Days at ZF: 500 visitors, 250 check-ups and 50 talks and workshops were on the programme.
The focus was on the interplay between digitalisation and health. The idea was to experience the diversity of digital health and to share the latest trends, technologies and opportunities. Biofeedback and neurofeedback, for example, make it possible to perceive the processes in your own body visually or acoustically. This can also increase self-awareness, and certain patterns can be trained in a targeted way.
ZF invited us to raise its employees’ awareness of mental health with our BrainReport (an objective report on your own mental health). Our stand left a lasting positive impression, above all thanks to the Carrera track and the BrainReports. Our experts discussed the detailed test results with the participants and gave them specific recommendations for action. All in all, the double health day was a complete success.
